    The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday,May 30,2017,inter-alia has transacted the following businesses:1.Considered and approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Obligations.
    2.Recommended Final dividend of Rs. 2.00 /- per share having face value Re. 1/- each subject to members' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
