1. The Board of Directors of the Company have postpone the approval of the unaudited results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 and limited review report thereof. In order to facilitate the smooth transition during the first year of applicability of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), SEBI vide circular bearing no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 has provided relaxation of one month for submitting the financial results. In this connection, the Board of Directors have decided to postpone this agenda and the same will be considered in next Board meeting;
2. The Board of Directors of the Company have confirmed and approved the Minutes of previous Board and Committee Meetings. All other business agenda items have been deferred to the next Board Meeting.
