1. To consider and approve Audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016
2. To consider recommendation of final divided if any on equity shares for the F.Y. 2015-16.
Further, as per, code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 till 48 hours after the financial results become generally available to pubic, for all directors and designated officers of the Company. |
