| Exchange Received Time 24/01/2018 14:27:24 Exchange Disseminated Time 24/01/2018 14:27:31 Time Taken 00:00:07 | Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby inform the Exchange that Board of Directors (Board) of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2018 has declared an Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18 at the rate of Rs.4 /- per share on the face value of Re.1/- each, out of the profits of the Company.
Further, pursuant to Regulations 42 of the Listing Regulation,the Board has fixed the record date as February 6, 2018 for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend and the said Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ Beneficial Owners of the Company as on February 6, 2018. The said Interim Dividend would be paid to all the equity shareholders of the Company on or before February 22, 2018.
