The Bank will hold Investors' / Analysts' Conference Call after the Board Meeting on July 11, 2017. The transcript / audiocast of the conference call will be hosted on the Bank's website at www.indusind.com.
In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' formulated by the Bank, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Bank has accordingly been closed from Monday, June 26, 2017, and shall remain closed upto two Trading days after the date of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2017. |
