The dividend if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 3rd August, 2017 will be paid on or after 9th August, 2017 to the members holding share in physical form and whose names appear in the register of members on the close of the day on Thursday, 03rd August, 2017 and to the members holding shares in dematerialized form and whose names are furnished by the National Securities and Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as beneficial owners on the close of business hours on Thursday, 27th July, 2017.
