| Exchange Disseminated Time | Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has filed petition for sanctioning Scheme of Arrangement before Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, which shall be listed before Hon'ble High Court, Ahmedabad on February 10, 2006 and on the said date, Hon'ble High Court shall fix the date of final hearing of the petition.
Similarly, Shivam Autotech Ltd (Transferee Company) has also filed petition sanctioning Scheme of Arrangement before Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, and the said Court has fixed date of March 24, 2006 for final hearing of the said Petition. |
