Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 31, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following matters:-

1. Appointment of Mrs. Bela Banerjee as a Woman Director in the category of Independent Director w.e.f. March 31, 2015 in terms of provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.

2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Mahesh Ranglal Jain from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2015.

3. Appointed Mr. Vineet Mittal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
