1. Appointed Dr. Nirmala Murthy as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company effective May 08, 2015.
2. Approved the reappointment of Mr. D. Saharsh Rao as Whole time Director & President for a period of 5 years w.e.f. June 01, 2015.
3. Approved the revised Insider Trading Policy as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of fair disclosure and conduct.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company u/s 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 in place of Mr. N.S.Viswanathan, CFO, whose resignation has been approved w.e.f. May 08, 2015. |
