Further, as per provisions of Company’s approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from January 25, 2016 till February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
