| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2016 17:35:30 | Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meetings of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company will be held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter & half year ended September 30, 2016 of FY 2016-17 and to recommend Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2016-2017.
Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Regulations will be closed from with immediate effect upto the closing hours of November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for considering the Second quarter & half year ended un-audited Results for FY 2016-17. |
