1. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held at May 08, 2015, formulated and adopted:
- Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Code of Fair Disclosure)
- Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
2. The above Codes shall come into force with effect from May 15, 2015.
3. Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information ( Code of Fair Disclosure) has been uploaded on the Website of the Company. |
