| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/05/2016 19:06:16 | State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) quarter/year ended on March 31, 2016 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2015-16, if any, on the Equity Shares of the company subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors started at 3.30 P.M. However, due to a sudden exigency, the meeting was adjourned at 6.30 P.M. The adjourned meeting would now be held on May 28, 2016 at 11A.M. In the Board Meeting held on May 26, 2016 meeting, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) quarter/year ended on March 31, 2016 were not taken up for consideration and will be considered, approved and taken on record on May 28, 2016. |
