| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/05/2017 16:34:06 | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities;
2. the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017;
3. proposal for recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2016-2017.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders” framed by the Company, the “Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code shall be closed from May 07, 2017 to May 17, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
