| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/10/2016 14:22:24 | Intellect Design Arena Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
Further, pursuant to Regulation 29(l)(d) and in line with the earlier communication to stock exchanges regarding outcome of the Board meeting dated June 11, 2016 and AGM to consider fund raising dated July 22, 2016, the Board shall also consider evaluating various fund raising options within a limit of Rs. 300 crores (Rupees Three Hundred Crores only).
Also, the Company confirms that as per the Company's internal Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and designated employees from October 24, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. November 05, 2016. |
