| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2014, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. To appoint M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Joint Statutory Auditors alongwith the existing Auditors of the Company, subject to consent of members.
2. To transfer/sell/dispose of Company's 'Home & Industrial Products' ("HIP") business i.e. manufacturing of a complete range of Inverters/UPS, Solar PCU and Batteries, subject to approval of members and other regulatory authorities, if any.
3. To appoint Mr. Jitendra Kumar Agarwal as Joint Managing Director of the Company, for a period of 5 years with effect from September 20, 2014, subject to consent of members. |
