- Shri Rajesh Bagaria, Shri Raj K Sureka, and Shri Prashant Goenka Directors of the Company have resigned from the directorship of the Company.
- Board has appointed Shri Girija Kumar Choudhary (CFO of the Company) as an additional Director and designated him as Whole Time Director and CFO of the Company.
- Board has constituted / re-constituted the Audit Committee, Investors' Grievances Committee and Remuneration Committee. |
