| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/10/2016 15:10:18 | Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that one of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. Fortis Healthcare International Limited, incorporated in Mauritius on October 07, 2016 has agreed to accept a term loan of SGD 165 Million from Consortium of Bankers (Singapore). Further, Fortis Healthcare Limited being the holding Company has agreed to provide Corporate Guarantee for the said credit facility.
