| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2017 17:49:36 | MRO-TEK Realty Ltd has informed BSE that it is proposed to hold Board Meeting of the Directors of the Company for the financial year 2016-17 on February 03, 2017 to consider and approval the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct of Company, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from January 26, 2017 to February 06, 2017 (both days inclusive).
During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company's shares/securities. |
