| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/07/2016 16:18:29 | Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 & 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from July 29, 2016 and will reopen 48 hours after the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 are made public in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. |
