| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/10/2015 14:55:04 | With reference to the earlier letter dated September 26, 2015 wherein the Company had submitted requisite information pursuant to Clause 35A of the Listing Agreement of 26th Annual General Meeting of the company held on September 25, 2015.
In the Letter dated September 26, 2015, inter-alia, the Total No. of Shareholders on Cut-off Date (September 18, 2015) were mentioned as 8905.
In this regard, Fiem Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Total No. of Shareholders as on Cut-off Date (September 18, 2015) were 8976 and figure of 8905 was mentioned erroneously.
