- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results and segment - wise Financial Report for the Last Quarter and Period ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
