| Exchange Disseminated Time | Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2012, inter alia, has considered and approved following:
1. Mr. B.D.Mundhra has relinquished his post of Managing Director of the Company with effect from September 26, 2012, however he continues to be a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company.
2. Mr. A.D.Mundlira, whole-time Director of the Company has been elevated as Vice- Chairman of the Company with effect from September 26, 2012.
3. Mr. Apurba Mukherjee, a whole-time Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board with effect from September 26, 2012.
4. The Company has divested its entire shareholding at profit in Joy Mining Services India Private Limited. |
