| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ujaas Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend if any.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees and their relatives, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of interim dividend of the Company for the year 15-16 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from March 07, 2016 till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid dividend by the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
