| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/11/2015 18:57:40 | Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that in the matter of proposed scheme of arrangement between Man Industries (India) Limited and Man Infraprojects Limited, the Company has filed an application in Hon’ble Bombay High Court for a modification in the scheme, by proposing to incorporate clause of swapping of shares between two promoter groups., post implementation of scheme.
As per the aforesaid scheme, every shareholder of Man Industries (India) Limited will be eligible get 1 free share of Man Infraprojects Limited.
The company expects the aforesaid application to be decided soon, enabling it to go ahead with remaining procedure of implementation. |
