| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kesar Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that on July 25, 2013 the Directors have reappointed Shri H. R. Kilachand as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years with effect from August 14, 2013 to August 13, 2016, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
As per Schedule XIII of the Companies Act, the Remuneration Committee has recommended remuneration of Rs. 4.00 lac p.m. or Rs. 48.00 lacs p.a. as per the effective capital of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders by Special Resolution at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The abstract of terms of reappointment of Shri H. R. Kilachand as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and Memorandum of Interest pursuant to Section 302 of the Companies Act, 1956 will be sent to all the members in due course. |
