Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, Directors, officers, connected persons etc., framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016, for all the above categories, viz. Designated Employees (including Directors), officers of the Company and their dependents, connected persons etc., from May 20, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
