On the recommendations of Audit Committee, The Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 29-05-2017 has recommended the appointment of M/s M A R S & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration number 010484N) as Statutory Auditors of the company for the financial year 2017-2018 to 2021-2022, from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2017 till the conclusion of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in year 2022 subject to approval/ratification at every Annual General Meeting by the shareholders.
