| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/01/2016 16:11:01 | | Chemo Pharma Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from January 19, 2016 till January 22, 2016 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly all Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
