2. Mr. K. Vijayaraghavan
3. Mr. P. Mohanan
4. Mr. Chella K. Srinivasan
5. Mr. K. Jayakumar
All the Directors except Mr. K. Vijayaraghavan have been appointed as Independent Directors by the shareholders of the Bank.
Hence Mr. K. Vijayaraghavan ceased to be a Director of the Bank w.e.f. September 20, 2014. |
