| Exchange Received Time 11/08/2017 19:33:26 Exchange Disseminated Time 11/08/2017 19:33:28 Time Taken 00:00:02 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that West Bengal Excise vide order No C-255E dated 1st August 2017 has amended the wholesale and retail margins for packaged Country Spirit at 4 per cent and 8 per cent of the declared MRP respectively across all brands and pack sizes. The same has become effective from 10th August 2017.
In accordance to the direction of the West Bengal Excise, the Company has increased the prices of its IMIL brands with effect from 10th August, 2017 as under: -
