- Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended w.e.f. May 09, 2015) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from August 03, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the June quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015. |
