    NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Comptroller & Auditor General of India has appointed the following Chartered Accountant Firms/ Limited Liability Partnerships as the Statutory /Joint Statutory / Branch Auditors of the Company for the year 2016-17. Further, the appointed Auditors shall also be the auditors of the Consolidated Financial Statements under Section 139 read with section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013. (copy enclosed)
