| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of M/s K S Aiyar & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, to do both continuous and final audit of the Company’s accounts including all its branches for the Financial Year 2006-07 on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
