In furtherance to our disclosure dated 4th August 2017 and pursuant to the Special leave petitions filed by Jagran Prakashan Limited and others before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Allahabad High Court staying the operation of the order of the Ld. Single Judge of the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court dated 22nd September 2016 approving the Scheme, has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by its interim order dated 21st August 2017, subject to decision in the said special leave petitions.
