| Exchange Disseminated Time | Fiem Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.
In above connection, it is also informed that in terms Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 22, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
