Effective March 01, 2017 he will take a global role in GE Grid Solutions as Chief Commercial Officer reporting to President and CEO Mr. Reinaldo Garcia. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2017 has accepted his resignation. He will remain on the Board to ensure smooth transition to his successor, who will be announced in a few weeks. |
