| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider, approve the following business:
1. To adopt the Audited Balance sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date including the Auditor's Report, along with Corporate Governance Report for the year ended March 31, 2008.
2. To recommend dividend if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008.
3. To discuss and consider consultants report on restructuring of the business of the Company including de-merger of steel business. |
