| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the members at the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on January 22, 2010, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet on that date along with Auditors' Report thereon and the Report of the Board of Directors.
2. Re-appointment of M/s. R S Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of 49th Annual General Meeting till, the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
