| Exchange Received Time 08/06/2017 15:03:22 Exchange Disseminated Time 08/06/2017 15:03:29 Time Taken 00:00:07 | This is further to our letter dated December 12, 2016 intimating the Exchange about issuance of 17,32,30,607 equity shares to bondholders of the Company (of which 4,00,21,201 equity shares had been kept in abeyance at the request of a bondholder) pursuant to automatic conversion of a portion aggregating US$ 26,118,056 of the 2.5% convertible bonds issued by the Company in pursuance to an Exchange Offer.
This is to inform that the Company has, today, allotted 4,00,21,201 (Four Crore Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred One) equity shares to its bondholder, Energy Management Limited, which had been issued on December 12, 2016, but were being held in abeyance as per the request of the bondholder.
The equity shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
