Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Employees & other Related Persons, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from March 31, 2016 till May 20, 2016 for the purpose of the above Board Meeting. |
