Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclosed the following: (i) Statements showing the Audited financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2017 in the prescribed format (ii) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results - Standalone and Consolidated (iii) A declaration on Auditors Report with unmodified opinion pursuant to the SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CNID/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016. The results are being uploaded on the Company's website at www.srf.com. Further, the Board of Directors has in the above meeting:- - decided to hold 46th AGM of the Company on Tuesday August 8,2017 - decided to closed share transfer books and the register of members of the Company from 01.08.2017 (Tuesday) to 08.08.2017 (Tuesday) (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company |
