| Exchange Disseminated Time | SKM Egg Products Export (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the company will be held on September 30, 2010 to transact the following business:
1. To receive consider and adopt :
(a). The audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010.
(b). The audited Balance Sheet as at Mach 31, 2010.
(c). The Directors and Auditors' Report thereon
2. To appoint a Director in the place of Dr. L. M. Ramakrishnan, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment
3. To appoint a Director in the place of Sri. M. Chinnyan, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for reappointment.
4. To appoint Auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration. |
