- To consider and approve un - audited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 and adopt the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from January 30, 2017 till 48 hours after announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
During the aforesaid period, every person as defined in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 are prohibited from dealing in the securities of the Company. |
