    Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that Mr. Sunil Sadanand Valavalkar has been re-appointed as a Whole-time Director with effect from December 16, 2017 for a term of three years and there is no inter-se relationship between Mr. Valavalkar and other Board Members.
