| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/07/2016 15:06:46 | Munjal Showa Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the company in pursuance of the SEBI Prohibition {insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All the insiders are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above code, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 22, 2016 to July 31, 2016 (both days inclusive), This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors/officers/designated employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. |
