| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2016 17:45:56 | Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company vide their letter dated October 06, 2016, intimated about appointment of Mr. M. S. Jacob as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in place of Mr. Godfrey Nthunzi.
At the Board Meeting held on October 06, 2016 Mr. Nthunzi placed his resignation as the Whole-time Director of the Company effective on October 28, 2016 consequent to his movement to other Colgate Subsidiary outside India.
Thereafter, pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held October 28, 2016 appointed Mr. M. S. Jacob as the Whole-time Director of the Company effective October 28, 2016, in place of Mr. Godfrey Nthunzi.
The Board of Directors placed on record their appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. Godfrey during his tenure as the Whole-time Director & CFO of the Company. |
