1. Mr. Roger W. Lindsay, Director & Chairman of the Board resigned as the Director and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from the close of business on October 27, 2010.
2. Mr. James Ronald Menning appointed as an Additional Director and also as the Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the Company at the Board Meeting held on October 28, 2010 with immediate effect. |
