| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2013, inter alia, to discuss/decide the following:
1. To discuss on Issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis pursuant to the Companies Act, 1956, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and other applicable provisions and to discuss/decide on other incidental and ancillary matters.
2. Approval of the Notice seeking approval of the Shareholders for preferential allotment of Shares under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 through Postal Ballot process.
3. Appointment of Scrutinizer for conducting Postal Ballot process. |
