| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that Securities Exchange Board of India, vide its Order dated May 09, 2012 (uploaded on SEBI website but Original not yet served on the Company) has restrained the Company from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market directly or indirectly for a period of 2 years from the date of the order.
The above said order of SEBI is being examined by the company and it shall be taking such legal recourse in this matter as may be advised. |
